Dahlia Bouquet CSA

Thank you so much for your interest in our 2024 Dahlia CSA!!

It's almost dahlia season and our specialty dahlias are working hard to grow big and beautiful blooms for us this fall! All of the dahlia varieties we grow were hand picked by me and are planted, maintained and harvested by my husband and I at our small farm in Ridgefield, CT. These lush specialty blooms will add color, beauty and a soft, sweet aroma to your home. 

CSA members will pick up their shares at their designated pick-up location each week (on Thursday or Friday) and bring home a fresh bouquet of local, ecologically-grown dahlias.

Please read through ALL the CSA Terms of Service and FAQs below before purchasing a CSA.  

Our dahlia CSA begins on August 26, 2024. Dahlia CSA shares are PICK-UP ONLY, we do not deliver or ship at this time.

The Dahlia CSA includes one bouquet per week for 5 consecutive weeks. These bouquets are artfully-designed and garden-inspired, made up of the most beautiful dahlias plus filler flowers and greenery from our organic flower farm. Each bouquet will include 5-7 stems of freshly cut dahlias, plus many other flowers, wrapped in our recyclable paper flower sleeve. 

We are offering weekly pick-ups on THURSDAYS or FRIDAYS at:

Harvest Moon in North Salem, NY 9am-5pm

A Table in Ridgefield, CT 10am-5pm

Flower shares are pick-up only (sorry, we don't ship at this time!).

Given the busy nature of our business, and to keep communication and administration clear and manageable, we are unable to offer alternative pickup times. If for some reason you are unable to pick up your Dahlia CSA share, you are welcome to send a friend or family member on your behalf to pick up your bouquet. We are unable to credit missed or forgotten bouquets.

When you purchase a Dahlia CSA share, you are making a commitment to pick up during the time stated. If you are giving a Dahlia CSA share as a gift, please make sure the recipient has read and agreed to our terms of service and is willing to pick them up on a weekly basis.

Our 2024 Dahlia Bouquet CSA memberships are $225.00 (plus tax) and can be purchased here. Participating in our Dahlia CSA ensures that you, or the recipient of a gifted share, will have a fresh bouquet of locally grown blooms each week. ​If it seems like it will be difficult for you to meet the terms of the CSA, you can always find our blooms at local farmers markets, flower truck events or pre-made bouquets available at various local stores - click here for more information.

When is the first Dahlia CSA pick up week?

August 26, 2024. This is subject to change based on availability, we will be in touch by mid-August to confirm details.

Can I get a share every other week, instead of weekly?

At this time we are only offering a weekly CSA bouquet share. However, you could split a share with a friend and alternate which weeks you pickup- decide among yourselves who will pickup each week. If you choose to do this, it needs to be managed by you.

Can I pick up my share a few minutes early, or late? 

No, I'm sorry! I am a busy mom, business owner and farmer, as such the times in the CSA Terms of Service are NOT flexible. If you feel like there is a chance that the timing wont work for you, you can always find our blooms at local market days with the truck.

What if I am out of town on my Bouquet pick up day?

If you are away, please arrange for a friend to pick up your bouquet, and let us know via email that someone else will be picking up for you.  

What if I forget to pick up my bouquet?

If you forget to pick up your bouquet, we cannot arrange an alternative time for you to pick it up. The two-day pick up window is the only time we can offer. Please try and remember to pick up your bouquet.

Can I purchase an extra bouquet when I pick up my share?

Sometimes we will have extra bouquets available, but this won’t always be the case.

Can I give a Dahlia Bouquet CSA as a gift?

Absolutely!! The Dahlia CSA makes a great gift! If gifting, please indicate that it is a gift and include the recipients name, email address and phone number. Also, if you would like me to email you a printable gift certificate for the recipient, I am happy to do so, just shoot me an email to let me know.
